Blueknight Energy Partners, L.P., is a midstream energy master limited partnership focused on providing integrated terminalling, storage, processing, gathering and transportation services for companies engaged in the production, distribution and marketing of crude oil and asphalt product.

Vitol acquired our general partner in October, 2009, and the business was re-named Blueknight Energy Partners, L.P.
Charlesbank Capitol Partners’ affiliate became a 50% co-owner of the general partner in November, 2010.
