James C. Dyer, IV.

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Dyer serves as CEO of Blueknight Energy Partners. Mr. Dyer has served as a director and Vice President, Projects and Business Development, of Vitol, Inc. since 2005. He first joined Vitol in 1990, where he was responsible for structured financing and project development. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Dyer served as Corporate Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for El Paso Merchant Petroleum, and from 1998 to 2001 he served in executive capacities at Engage Energy US, L.P., a natural gas and electric power marketing joint venture between the Coastal Corporation and Westcoast Energy (Canada). Mr. Dyer is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Financial Analysts Federation, Fellow and holds degrees in accounting and economics.

J. Michael Cockrell

President & Chief Operating Officer

J. Michael Cockrell serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Blueknight Energy Partners. Mr. Cockrell brings over 30 years of extensive crude oil industry experience, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Crude Oil for Enterprise Products Partners, L.P., Oklahoma City. Prior to that, he served several officer positions with TEPPCO, Duke Energy, and Associated Natural Gas, from 1987-2009. Mr. Cockrell attended Oklahoma State University.

Alex Stallings

Chief Financial Officer & Secretary

Alex G. Stallings serves as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Blueknight Energy Partners. Mr. Stallings brings over 20 years of finance and accounting experience. Prior to joining Blueknight, he served as Chief Accounting Officer for SemGroup, L.P. Previous roles include Audit Manager for the public accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand and Chief Accounting Officer for Staffmark, Inc., a temporary staffing company, where he was responsible for the public reporting and integration of more than 43 acquisitions during his tenure.

Mr. Stallings is a Certified Public Accountant and received his B.B.A. in Accounting from Baylor University.

James R. Griffin

Chief Accounting Officer

James Griffin serves as Chief Accounting Officer for Blueknight Energy Partners. Mr. Griffin has over 10 years of accounting experience in the public and private sectors. He previously served as Controller for SemGroup, L.P. and Audit Manager for the public accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

He is a Certified Public Accountant and received his B.S. in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University.

Jeff Speer

Senior Vice President – Operations

Jeff Speer serves as Senior Vice President of Operations for Blueknight Energy Partners. Mr. Speer’s nearly 20 years of operations management experience encompasses asphalt/emulsion, crude oil, pipeline and agricultural businesses. He previously served as Vice President of Operations for SemMaterials as well as Vice President of Operations for Koch Industries, Inc.

He received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University.

Larry Hatley

Vice President of Transportation, Marketing and Operations

Larry Hatley serves as Vice President of Transportation for Blueknight Energy Partners. Mr. Hatley has over 30 years of leadership experience in crude oil purchasing and transportation companies. He previously served as Regional Director Crude Oil Supply with Enterprise Products Partners, L.P., Oklahoma City, and prior to that as President/Owner of American Transportation and Marketing Company.

Michael S. Prince

Vice President, Pipeline, Marketing & Business Development

Mike Prince serves as Vice President of Business Development for Blueknight Energy Partners. Mr. Prince’s 20 years of oil and gas industry experience includes previous roles as Director, Business Development with TEPPCO Partners and Manager, International Marketing & Business Development with The Williams Companies, Inc.

He received a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.B.A. from Oklahoma State University.

Tim Moore

Vice President of Crude & Pipeline Operations

Tim has over 30 years experience in the midstream energy business, with special expertise in terminal operations, LPG and raw feed pipelines. He served as terminal manager and various capacities with Koch Industries from 1981-2005. He worked with Koch/Teppco operations in Cushing, Okla., from 2005 to January 2010, when he joined the Blueknight operations team.
